Using Masculine Energy for Success

Success can come in many ways and there are some important tools that can help you along your journey.

One such tool is mastering your masculine energy. Developing a strong sense of masculinity does not mean you need to act like the action heroes in the movies. This energy lives in everyone, including women.

In today’s world, there is a lot of talk online about toxic masculinity and how it’s infecting the brains of young men and turning them into c*nts.

My personal opinion is that everything gets magnified in today’s world where media and information are easily digested.

Maybe there are some cases where someone is using their masculine energy in a toxic way but this could be said about any kind of energy!

I tend to focus on the positive attributes of masculine energy and how it can be used to your advantage.

That’s why in this post, we’ll explore how mastering your masculine energy can help you become successful.

What is Masculine Energy?

Masculine energy is a term that can be hard to define, especially in modern times. Generally, it’s understood as a set of qualities or traits that are culturally associated with men.

Think of confidence, assertiveness, and a willingness to take risks. These are all common traits that we might associate with “masculine” people.

That being said, it’s important to remember that everyone has a mix of masculine and feminine energy within them, regardless of gender.

So while we can talk about masculine energy in a general sense, it’s not an entirely accurate or complete picture.

Ultimately, it’s up to each individual to find their own balance of masculine and feminine energy in order to feel fulfilled and happy.

Can Masculine Energy Help You Become Successful?

Any type of energy can be useful when on the path to success. After all, becoming successful will take an inordinate amount of effort which requires a lot of energy.

Masculine energy can most definitely help you become a successful person because it brings out successful qualities within a person.

Qualities such as confidence, assertiveness, focus and dedication are all associated with masculine energy.

Imagine having these qualities if you were in the middle of building a business or trying to work on a new relationship. They would serve you immensely!

A typical person who has great masculine energy will be able to:

  • Think more clearly.
  • Challenge themselves regularly.
  • Take risks.
  • Become a good logical and rational thinker.

How You Can Cultivate More Masculine Energy

Okay so now we have established that masculine energy is great for success, how do we cultivate more of it?

Here are a few steps you can take:

Meditation

By practising meditation, you can tap into the powerful energy that is traditionally associated with masculinity, such as strength, courage, and assertiveness.

The key is to focus your mind on your breath and allow yourself to let go of any negative thoughts or emotions that may be holding you back.

Over time, you’ll start to feel more confident and in control of your emotions, which can have a positive impact on all areas of your life.

Get Around More Masculinity

Getting around more masculine people can massively help in having more masculine energy. Energy is contagious and it can be transferred.

If you’re around people who inspire and motivate you then it will lead you to mirror some of their attributes.

By spending time around them, you might start to unconsciously adopt some of their mannerisms and traits. But don’t forget that being masculine doesn’t mean you’re toxic or insensitive. Embrace your own version of masculinity and find people who support and uplift you along the way.

Increase Testosterone

A low level of testosterone can lead to a serious lack of masculine energy. That’s why it’s important to have optimal levels of testosterone. Obviously, if you’re a woman then you will have more estrogen than testosterone.

Men need to ensure their testosterone levels are adequate as this can lead to a number of negatives.

So How do you Increase your Testosterone?

Exercise and weightlifting signal to your body that it needs to produce more testosterone to help build muscle.

Eating a balanced diet with plenty of protein, healthy fats, and whole grains can also help.

And even getting a good night’s sleep can do wonders for your Testostone-levels.

Take The Lead More

Being more assertive is a masculine trait. When you’re more assertive in situations you let feminine energy be guided.

Taking the lead more often can give you a sense of confidence and control that can carry over into other areas of your life. Which is when masculine energy thrives.

Whether it’s at work or in your personal relationships, stepping up and being a decision-maker can be seen as a sign of masculinity, strength and reliability

Less Procrastinating and More Action Taking

Procrastination can sap our masculine energy. By constantly delaying tasks or responsibilities, we’re essentially telling ourselves that we’re not capable or motivated enough to handle them.

And that’s not a good feeling for anyone.

By taking action and being proactive, you’ll not only increase your masculinity, but you’ll also boost your confidence and sense of achievement.

You need to kick procrastination to the curb and allow your masculine energy to flourish.

What Does Masculine Energy Mean in Today’s World?

When it comes to masculine energy in today’s world, there are a lot of different interpretations out there.

Some people might say it’s about being the ultimate macho man who feels no pain and has never cried a single day in their life. Others might think it’s about sleeping with endless amounts of women and jetting all over the world in private jets.

There may be masculine people who do these things but they alone do not define masculine energy.

To me, masculine energy is about being confident in yourself and your abilities, but also being willing to acknowledge your flaws and work on them. It’s about being a good provider and leader, but also being supportive and compassionate towards others.

Everyone’s definition of masculine energy might be a little different. I believe that if you focus on using masculine energy to improve your life then it can be a force for good.
